Did you notice that bot with 1500 is weaker than someone with 1500 rating?

Hello. I cannot beat someone with 1200 rating. It is too hard for me because I am beginner at this game but I can beat not with 1400-1500 rating. How it could be possible?
Bots have inflated ratings.
I've mentioned this before, think of bot ratings as a flat % chance to blunder on any given move. Whereas players will tend to only blunder in tough situations. For example, players don't leave their queen undefended very often, but <1000 bots do it most of the time.
