disableing move explorer function

Is there a way to turn off the move explorer function? It's clearly cheating and I'm sort of hooked on it. I'd like to disable it. Anyone know if it's possible?
There is a long and honorable history of using study materials such as books, and now databases, in correspondence chess (What Erik insists we call "Daily"). So no that is clearly not cheating. If you're managing to use it in Live, well that is cheating and shame on you...
I use it in daily. It's cheating. Question remains, can it be disabled?
