Disconnected and game abandoned yet once again

I was playing a close game and was down to a few pcs with about two minutes. With a few good moves, acting on bad moves by my opponent, I was able to come back and thwart their efforts at getting a queen, and take all but their bishop and a few pawns. I was down to a bishop, knight and some pawns, 2 moves from getting a new queen, and I was totally disconnected. As has happened in the past, I ended up not being to take my move, game was called abandoned and I lost. had full connection. I did not have any other windows or browsers open. I'm playing on a Macbook Air. This has happened several times at crucial moments in the game on this laptop as well as my Samsung Galaxy. my wifi is not going out here at home. I will be taking a break from chess.com. I did try to contact chess.com for help and never got a reply. so frustrating.
