disparity between Material advantage & Positional gain

Would one of you mind showcasing a position (preferably one from a reallife high-level game) in which one side is substantially down in material yet, under sufficient analysis, has determinably either a slight net advantage (i.e. not a mate-in-xx-moves scenario) or fairly balanced? Is the provided position draw-ish, or very tactically knife-edged?
