Do chess.com bots have accurate elos

So I’ve been talking with a lot of friends and they say the bots have inaccurate elos but is that true or are they stupid?

I think l*chess bots are more accurate

If you play bullet against them, they will actually play good moves / quick

but chess.com on the other hand

will panic

for some reason
