Not always, often I lose after accepting a rematch is because my confidence was too high after win once, resulting in my board vision getting too narrow and missing an easy tactic.
Then you have a psychological problem that needs to be addressed before you can make progress with your chess. You need to accept more rematches to figure out how to get beyond this.
Accept rematches when you want and do not accept when you dont want, fortunately it is up to you at this moment
