It looks like it. Your opponent really played dumb moves and he had triple pawns c-file. Looks like he had no interest in the game.
Do people get careless when they play unrated?

I don't care about the result at all even when I play rated. Sometimes I play while talking on skype.
I believe it's the same for everybody who plays OTB: we use the internet just to "keep in shape" or as a pasttime, not as a competition.
One of the great things of playing OTB is that you know your opponent is giving his best :)
I just played this unrated 15|10 game. I'm in the 1600's range and my opponent too. I won the game easily. I never win against 1600 players without them putting some fight. Do you think unrated = "I don't care about the result, it's just for fun."??
