players should play a game without castle,thats being fair.

i don't understand what you're trying to say. why would using the rules be unfair? 

by that logic, en passant is also unfair.

I am not sure I follow your logic. I don't see that i neccessarily follows that if 0-0 is unfair that en passant is also unfair.

I think OP probably got put in check and had to move his king to avoid it and lost his right to castle, then his opponent castled right afterwards and it made him pretty mad... 

Well of course 0-0 is fair but 0-0-0 crosses the line just like pawn promotion.
