I cant believe there are still people listening to classical music and rock. Come on, it's 21st century. There is K-pop and J-pop..

I feel sorry for you Greedy, I really do. Anyone who hasn't listened to the 2nd movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony is missing out big time!

Beethoven's 2nd movement is indeed brilliant, but you got the wrong symphony Smile

I found out that playing music in your head in chess tournament is great to relieve stress.

I wonder what that could mean? The possibilities are endless.

It's cool to listen to music for entertainment, but for chess it's important to hear songs that make you think and are rich in layered meaning. Such as Chief Keef's "I don't like" and "hate being sober"

I can't listen to music when I play.  I just need to concentrate on what I'm doing.  It's always bothered me to have any kind of sound in the background when I do anything that takes a lot of thought, or for the precise work I do.  For me, I've found you get a lot more done and better quality from just paying attention and thinking about what you're doing.  But that's just me. :)  Plus I'm a muscian, so who'd think?
