A bit of an odd question, but in the last couple of weeks i have started playing quite a few more puzzles and games, however not a ton (maybe like 2 hours a day on average). For a while now i've had this sensation where when i try to sleep, I see a chess board and start calculating tactics. This is 100% involuntary and interferes with my sleep. This is called the Tetris Effect and I used to experience it when I played Overwatch professionally, however during that time i probably played like 4-5h a day + scrims, so it was a bit more understandable. The worst thing is that those „games“ are often not coherent so i am not even improving lol.
