Does anyone have an estimate of what percentage of players cheat?

I'm curious. I've never cheated on this site or any other (I don't even think I would know how). But I am aware some players do, and I'm curious, only because I'd like to know how much effect cheating by others has on my rating.
I think it's possible to use a chess computer to "help" you play (although this would be difficult in Bullet/Blitz). But it would not be so difficult with a 3 day time limit.
It's kind of hard to understand why someone would do this, since it doesn't say anything about their own chess ability and does not help them to improve.
Anyway, just wondering.
