Does Blunder plus Brilliant equalize?

During the following game I make what the chess engine calls a blunder around move 15. I think in humab terms this put more pressure on the other players king. Then on move 17 I did what the chess engine called a brilliant move by moving my pawn to put pressure on their rook, which if they would let me take the rook would threaten rhe king with mate. However I did that move just to gain momentum. What do you think? What makes the blunder a blunder and what makes the following move brilliant? According to the computer, you had no brilliant moves and no blunders . Brilliancies are !! moves. Blunders are ?? moves.  They added a new category of ! "Great find" moves recently.

17 h4! was such a move.

A blunder loses the game, unless the opponent blunders back.

What exactly do you mean by equalize? A blunder is just a move that significantly worsens your position. If the opponent doesn’t take advantage of it, then it doesn’t matter. A brilliant move is just a move that is hard to find, even for the engine. They really have nothing to do with each other.
