Are you not allowed to see [removed]?
No. In fact, you are not even allowed to say "[same thing also removed]".

Allow me to rephrase. You ARE technically allowed to say that but only at the expense of being muted for one year.
I think the prohibition is against making invidious comparisons, not against the [removed] itself.
at one point it was, but nowadays even saying '[actual name of competitor removed]' will get your post edited/removed by a mod

Wait, so you agree with my statement but you are still willing to take the opposite side of the bet I offered?
I think it's gone way too far. I can see why they wouldn't allow someone coming on and listing reasons why the other site is better, but I don't see the problem with just saying the name, anyone with google can find out what the second biggest chess site is, we aren't hiding anything just by omitting the word [removed] from our posts.

Sure, it's only Monopoly money

Okay, now this forum topic will not be locked because then Steven's argument would be literally proved.
Sure, it's only Monopoly money
That's what The Boot said.
Evidently, I am too young. Who is The Boot?

That's never been the case. Stop being dumb.
Nobody asked for your opinion, Colby. Stop posting in the forums on your thousand alternate accounts.

Never.
So are you admitting to being a smurf account for Colby-Covington?
A smurf account that doesn't play games?
An odd concept.
Is the definition of smurf account an alternate account specifically used to play games? I was under the impression that "smurf" and "alt" were synonymous terminologies.

Prior to the sale of the IP in 1997, The Boot was one of the iconic playing pieces (representing one of the players) along with the little dog, the thimble, the iron, the racecar, and a few others. After the game was sold to Hasbro, some changes were made (cannon, horse&rider removed, sack of money added) but The Boot is still in the game.

Oh, I know what the boot is, then. For some reason, I thought The Boot was the nickname of a specific person, lol.

He's talking about the board game Monopoly... because I'm guessing after reading his explanation you're still confused.
The game piece used to show your location on the board is chosen at the beginning of the game. Among the options is a boot.
I know that. I have played Monopoly before. I was just confused because I thought The Boot was the nickname of a person based on the context in which @blueemu originally used it.

Are you not allowed to [reference to a competitor site that makes it obvious who that competitor is]?
