Does Hans Niemann have Neurolink technology installed in his brain?

We all know that Elon Musk commented during the cheating allegation scandal. But Elon himself has publicly expressed his disdain for the game of chess. Is it possible that Hans agreed to be a test subject for Elon’s new technology? This would give him undetectable in-brain internet access, allowing him to cheat wherever he was able to get a signal.

Or, is the entire scandal just a ploy to generate more publicity (and profitability) for the top level chess world? Are Hans and Magnus secretly acting the whole drama out as a script?

It all seems very questionable at the surface level, like we are missing some information. Please share thoughts.
