I think they help, but not necessarily chess.com ones
you have to search for the right ones, like ones in books for advanced players and such

So of course puzzles are very crucial for low rated players. It train u to catch up some tactics. So I was wondering if puzzles still work on 2000 rated level or u need a new technique of improving chess.
