Does USCF Online Regular/Blitz/Rapid Ratings Formula need some adjusting?

I have played 249 blitz and rapid online uscf games. My stats are 54/5/111 Blitz and 37/6/36 on Rapid (W/D/L). My USCF blitz rating is in the low 1500s and my USCF Rapid is at 1490 once it updates.  I am a weaker blitz player then rapid and I play better on rapid formats. competition has been harder in the longer time formats and yet my win rate is atrocious with blitz and somehow my uscf  blitz online rating is higher or close to my uscf online rapid.  I've noticed for the Regular Online uscf games there are a lot of players with low online regular ratings compared to their OTB ratings like 500 elo discrepancy. I do understand the player pool is less in the longer time formats  so you get tougher competition. I believe the USCF Online Formula needs a bit of adjusting. My intuition feels players are underrated elo wise by quite a large margin at the Regular online time format (30min+) and possibly overrated on the the blitz side.

I think the same algorithms used for OTB are used for online
