Does your playing strength changed based on the strength of your opponent?

When I play games both on chess.com and in tournaments, I find that I automatically adjust to my opponents strength. When I know that my opponent is of Class A or Expert strength, I tend to play more positionally. When I know that my opponent is weaker than me (Class B or below), I tend to play a very sharp tactical game. Do any of you play differently depending on your presumed strength of your opponent?

Sounds practical since many people below class B don't know how to defend properly.

It's hard enough for me to play what's on the board already.  Happy enough to find a "good" move never mind choosing candidate moves based on profiling.  Obviously I have much to learn.

Sadly, yes.....I play much better against better players. I tend to be casual against players that are lower rated.
