Don't be a clock sucker.

Far too many players who know they've lost, run away on the clock.  If they disconnect, at least the computer will give you an abandoned game win, before the blitz game runs out in the alotted time.  But if they abandon the game without disconnecting, sometimes you have to sit around for like 7 minutes.  And it's risky to start another game in the meantime.

There has to be some way for chess.com to handle this rather than the seemingly idle threat of the message that the opponent violated policy and may have their account restricted.  I know enforcement doesn't happen much, by looking at the profile notes of some of these players, where it's clear they've been doing the same thing for months and pissing off other players.
