draw by stalemate

I’ve had a number of games that, I believe, I would have won by some margin, declared “draw by stalemate”..Has anyone else experienced this or know what is happening to cause the app to do this?

I looked at your game history to find 3 games you drew by stalemate.  Keep in mind that all of these games were truly drawn by stalemate and weren't an app error.

Here's your most recent example:

If you look closely, you will notice that the Black king has no legal moves on his turn.  Therefore, it is a draw by stalemate.  In your recent stalemates, you were indeed in a winning position.  However, I recommend being a little bit more careful when only the Black king remains.  Before you move, make sure you either give check to the king or verify that the enemy king has safe squares to move to.

Stalemate chances do not directly correspond with wide margins being a win - in fact, the wider the margin is, the greater the risk of stalemate, which is counted as a draw.
