When I first looked at the position I also felt that white was probably winning, however I can't find a clear win for white and hence I think that it is quite possibly drawn.

Yes, it does appear to be a draw. Can anyone demonstrate a win for white here? Black does have the two pawns there. They are potential trouble...just like white's g and h pawns are trouble for the black king.
If white pushes the b pawn, black will queen after the exchange. That also allows white to queen the c pawn.
