Dream position against fianchetto

What is the dream position to attack a fianchettoed king on the kingside.
But there are two possibilities.
1)When we are castled queenside. This is more logical and until now my idea has been Be3 Qd2 f3, g4, h4, h4-h5, Bh6, Bxg7 (then they play Kxg7), hxg6, (fxg6) Qh6 with the support of the h1 rook. (note that i have given my opponents move in brackets) they have different move orders according to opponent's play. But i believe there is a stronger way to attack.
2)when we castle kingside. This is what i really want. I think in this case the fight is in the centre and queenside. You can oppose this of course.
