During my game enemy moved my pieces and resigned

I just played a match i was winning but suddenly i couldn't move and suddenly my pieces moved itself at first i thought it was stunned and tried to move myself but couldn't and i messaged my opponent i just resigned? New kind of cheat?

They’d need to break into and take control of chess.com servers, which is stupidly overcomplicated when they could just open an engine in another tab.

#2 lol! There could have been water or an insect or something on his touchpad (mouse, screen, trackpad, etc)
Or some other sort of glitch that isn’t hacking.
