Roman contradicted himself in the video.

he said anyone playing the wings gambit should seek mental help or stop playing.

he said after that that he played it a week knowing it is bad he wanted to have fun.

why aren't we allowed to have fun as well.

I love it whenever he lets loose a "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!?"

"d6 is move can only be played on halloween"

"is absolutely move from the horror show"

"would give it 8 question marks and i could justify every one of them"

I like his chess dvds

I played against Dzindzi in a simul he gave at the then existant Manhattan chess club in the early 80s. It was an instructive game. He played a putzy Sicilian line as black. The opening was quiet and downright boring. Before I knew it I was completely paralyzed and could hardly move a piece without incurring material loss or worse. How the hell did he do that? After completely tying me up he proceeded to kill me ever so leisury. It was like magic. Not a single move of his was the least bit impressive. But the cumulative effect of his quiet moves was devastating.

like a master musician, he doesn't need to show off, he just needs to play and everyone understands.

You have my admiration for being able to spell his surname correctly.

Please, don't destroy it by telling me you've just copy-pasted it.

Misses once remarked about the frustration of playing Capablanca. He said "We played a quiet opening. We played a calm middlegame with nothing much happening. And suddenly I realized I had to resign". That is what Dzindzi did to me. That is a serious master.
