Now, I don't know how many of you watch online lectures.

But Ben Finegold is the best to watch.

Yeah Finegold is the man.  Those St. Louis CC lectures are awesome.  Why pay for diamond on chess.com with so many FREE instructional chess videos on the net?

Agreed, thought I'm tempted at times just to just the tatics option.

Tired of logging into chesstempo all the time.

Ben Finegold is terrible!! Hurray!! Argghhh!!

Haha....he's awesome. Love his videos.

I moved to D4 threatening mate...but my opponent saw that.

That leads to checkmate with advantage...and that could be a problem for white!

'I don't wanna say anything on camera...but Ivanov is the biggest cheater ever! He's the world champion of cheaters' haha.

Golden channel there. Nice find.

And I agree that Finegold is hilarious and chesstempo's tactics trainer is better.

Had me laughing the whole time and informative too.  Great stuff.

Yeah, Finegold is great. Another good one on Morphy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbRkqqawcTo

I hope Ben Finegold continues to put out lectures...I'va watched all of his stuff I can find on youtube 3 or 4 times over each already.

Those jokes about Morphy's opponents.. my sides hurt from laughter.
It's better than half the big stand up comedians I've seen from time to time.

losingmove

That leads to checkmate with advantage...and that's bad.

lol funny guy

The difference is substantial too.  You'd think any moron could read off lines and explain the position and it would be about the same, but the personality makes it so much more compelling.

"This move is always bad, has always been bad, and will always be bad."

One of my favorites from Dzhindzi: "A woman can make you a millionaire--if you were a billionaire first."
