Hard to say because it is mostly at higher ratings where it is more indicative of a pace slowing or not. A little less than one month being 700s seems fairly normal to me. Some learn faster and some learn slower. Nothing to worry about here
Just keep learning and keep practicing and you can get better with enough time put in. Chess opening principles is also useful for getting to around 1000 chess.com rating or so. Since 700 is less than 1000, then I'd give this a look if you haven't already
