ELO stuck in 300's but games usually get "600-1000" skill level

Don't understand why my  ELO is stuck in 300's when almost all individual games played get a skill level rating of 600-1000 ?

The chess.com game review inflates the "rating" to give you a boost to your ego. It's not an accurate representation of your strength.

In most cases, ratings given by game review are irrelevant.

If you’re rated 300 then playing with a basic plan and not hanging pieces will get you 100s of points of advancement. Don’t worry about the bot’s evaluation

Study endgames and tactics. These will help adding elo and not just rating Im the chess reviewer. Those are made by AI and could be wrong. Maybe just look at the lessons especially the middle game tactics or endgame strategies
