Admins are unqualified. I mentioned again and again that your live chess server is bad but they would not admit it. They will disable my account but they are not going to admit that they have no moral ground to get players to play live chess. You mother husbands. When will you realize it.?

Specifics?  I'm sure chess.com would be happy to respond if you gave more than just vague allusions to a problem.

Live chess disconnects all the time.I play on fics but there is no such problems.I am sure they are after money only. Actually this site was made for chess articles only and not for live games.

I'm pretty sure this site was made to play chess in addition to hosting chess related content.

This is a business, so money is absolutely a goal, but I don't think substandard products or services are the way they intend on making a profit (how much did you pay out for your free account, for example?)

As for the disconnect issue, I can't speak to it other than to say I'm pretty sure that there are many, many people here who do not experience such problems, so it seems to me unlikely that it's 100% chess.com's problem.

Other sites may be more tolerant of shakey internet connections (perhaps something chess.com could work on if this is the case), and perhaps give you the impression that the problem is not on your end, but I suspect that your connection is likely the lion's share of the problem.

They are not good hosts to arrange a live chess server. From the very beginning this has been an issue.Even diamond members are relactant to play live chess.Disconnection, Clock freezing, hacking all are issues, which are not handled by some qualified hosts.

So to your mind, they should just go back to doing what the previous owner of the domain did?

I'm sure the current owners agree.  Perhaps some feedback that's a little more constructive might actually be well received by them.  Short of abandoning their business model, what might chess.com do to improve the problem you're experiencing?
