I'm at work and I'm wondering is there a way to enable the bar if you don't have premium and don't want to use your analysis?

I dont understand your question. I don't have any kind of membership, but I still have one free analysis per day and acces to the self-analysis where you can see the eval bar and suggested moves by the engine.

There's a self analysis tab you can use or copy the PGN into an Analysis Board.
