At 622 rating your worries should be1. not throwing material away, 2. Picking properly the material offered by your opponent. Opening's choice does not matter at all.

So i know 2 openings for white but what do i play against my opponents? the evans gambit or ruy lopez i am 622 elo and counting so what should i play? i am looking at how often people around my rating would fall for any of them and such.
