I think he is mostly speaking of low time games like a minute, certainly a superior player will win in longer games - go with the intent of the original post and don't blow things out of proportion.
Everyone is not an expert - put two 1300 players in a one minute and it gets down to 15 seconds and the player with the bad position makes 20 moves the other player will run out of time 9 times out 10. You are making something out of this that it is not - give it up already.

I wonder if your blitz rating is over 2000, why is your online rating 1300 ? Big difference isnt it ? You got luck ( won some games 10 of them) and stopped ??? So point is that you are in reall chess very weak, because you will win players who are in better position very hard because there is not short time control ;) You are probably bad player, but you won some blitz because of time control if you know what am I trying to say ?

He has not played enough games to get off the RD roller-coaster. So most of those rating points are from the generosity of the rating system.
You see that a lot on here. People get an over inflated initial rating then stop playing. Making them look better than they really are.

Thats what I am saying....He played 10 games and get over 2000 points in blitz. Then he stopped playing blitz because of RD and to avoid losing games, so anyone here could think he is a very good player, but in fact he is a trash player like most of us on chess.com.
I crashed my mouse few moments ago when I lost from crap player at blitz. Blitz is crap, I will more study chess to be better, so I will not lose from trash player so often because of short time controle and blunders.

Crimezone if you are that curious about me, why don't you check why my online rating is so low. I didn't log in for weeks and all of my games went lost on time, and I didn't go cry about the time losses either...
And what does MY correspondence rating have to do with YOU angry over losing on time? Do you want to get better at chess or do you want to sit here, complain about why you are losing, and then attack people who are trying to help you...
