Appreciate that rbrandr, I get paid for my job, notmtwain, ive been on this site for 6 or 7 years sadly, it is just saddening about how pervasively apparent it is to me how I am being held back through no fault of my own, besides when i play poorly, which i have no problem accepting, what I cant come to terms with is constantly being ripped off for no reason, and I am sure it would continue if I was a supporting member too. So why support ? have you improved or noticed improvement since you started supporting, bc if not, you should take a good look at what I am saying, Just bc you arent experienced enough to feel it like i do, doesnt mean its not happening !

bc i love the game, and its not a bad site when you put aside everything related to live chess, so i wish that it would just be fair, but sadly its reinforced to me every single time I play, Chess.com will decide who wins and who loses, who achieves high ratings and who gets held back.
and truly the game play is all that matters to me, so i would support it if i felt it was legitimate

There are plenty of free chess tactic sites on the interweb.
All the live event and other streaming is great. The articles and lessons are excellent.
But what most people want is a good place to play entertaining chess and I have almost never had any problems playing live blitz in more than 7,000 games.
