Or is that wrong?  I've confused myself now.

FACT:  You are correct.

...posts or thread topics that are created ?

Also, I think you meant to say that many trolls and knitwits that think they know what they are talking about, are apt to start their gibberish with , " Fact : ", only to follow up with contrary verbage to what is actually fact....

Fact: If the statement "Fact: All posts beginning with Fact: continue with a false statement" is true, then that post continues with a false statement.

It's a conundrum, wrapped in an enigma.

Fact:  Blueemu thought of that quip himself.

It's from an old episode of the (1960s) Batman TV show.

One of Stafford Repp's lines... he played the Police Chief (Adam West was Batman).

Perhaps it depends on how much you think of the individuals essence ? if the person generating them doesn't qualify them as coming  a life form,on the basis of brain waves required, the we'll use my definition. If they are more incidental and innocently over looked, we can use yours... ?

Oh,well, I can be undecided, even if I am not sure if I am undecided....

I suppose it's one of those things that if you feel you need to say it, it must be a lie. Like "With all due respect" or "I mean this most sincerely" or "Size is not important". There should be a word for that.  How about potrzebie?

When I say either, "with all due respect" or " I mean this most sincerely" , I am actually saying " no pun intended, but I know there is one(if it is taken disrespectfully and I like you, sorry, but if I can't stand you, good) " and " I am being dead serious,( to those I really like and respect and to those I don't), even if I might not tell you what I really think ".

I'll pass on size not being important...it is too sexual in orientation and the connotation doesn't apply to me....
