View losing as a learning experience rather than a failure. If you don't learn you can't improve.

I kindof have that feeling too. But I learned that losing is part of life. Stick to your favorite opening and it will calm you down. Remember that the only way to become a champion is to play play play --- the above is from my 6 year old son. :-)
