I have a specific question about my progress in getting a rating. I played a tournament in march of 2012, played 3 FIDE games (2200,1750,1650) and lost all 3 sadly. I played a second tournament over 2 years after (april 2014) and got 4/5 with players ranging frm 1500-1750. I have a fide id from the first tournament and the 3 block game is there, i wanted to know if those games are counted to the total count (9 required games) or if they are disregarded due to time lapse/ 0 score? P.S. I have read the handbook but it is not all that clear.
