Just remember the computer isn't finding the best moves per se, only very strong moves.
Anyway, no, in general it's not a good way to train. Especially because it sounds like you're using the hint function and looking at the eval during the game.

I'm driving myself insane playing full games against the chess.com coach computer. I wonder if this is even a good way to train? I can always see if I made the best move or not but only the best moves eventually result in a draw!!! Utterly maddening as hell! I see why some chess fanatics have went off the deep end.
