Fingerslip followed by draw offer

Just wondering how people react when your opponent makes an obvious finger slip then offers a draw. Personally, I accept if it is obviously a finger slip and not a blunder. My reasons are that I don't want to win in that way and it IS only a game. Do you agree?

I make tons of ‘finger slips’. :)

Much easier to finger slip (esp if using I-pad) than touch the wrong piece in OTB.
