Do you guys play with Fischer Incraments or Bronstein delay?

Which on do you prefer? (I prefer Fischers)

I didn't even know what Bronstein delay was, but now that I have looked them up I definitely prefer the incraments at the start of your turn instead of after your move. If you're going to get extra time to delay losses on time but quicken the pace of games, might as well give the few seconds at the beginning of your turn to keep it going at the end, methinks.

I like Fischer increments cuz I like to accumulate time.  The USCF specifies a Bronstein (non-accumulating) delay for tounaments that use delay, while FIDE specifies a Fischer increment.
