I can't post links yet but on chessok dot com (page number 21965), it shows a game Fischer said is proof.
"For comparison, Fischer showed Olafsson the game Saidy – Fischer (USA ch. 1963), which he said was clearly used as a model when the Karpov – Kasparov endgame was created."
Wow, but what could was the reason to make a fake game? Who win with this?

It's not that the game was "fake", it's that it was prearranged. Some say this game was prearranged too so Kramnik could move up in the tournament. He lost though to Ivanchuk.

Sorry, it wasn't that game. I guess it was the draw on the second day. But we could speculate first day had to be a win also, no?

The same trick Karpov used in that game was used by Capablanca long ago to win an endgame.
