Guys I'm just started to playing chess. So I dont know how and to get fide rating I'm not even played single tournament. So guys help me.

Sure.  FIDE rated tournaments are sort of like the major leagues in baseball.  You're not quite ready for them yet.  Find some local tournaments you can play in and get some experience first.  I'm sure a local chess club could help you out.  It will probably take you a few years before you can graduate from the minor leagues.  Oh and google USCF...

Yes and no.  First you need to be rated by your national chess federation.  For Americans, that's the USCF.

thanks a lot....but I have one more doubt about rating. Did it means that first I have to qualify for national level?

Just play a FIDE rated tournament and you'll get an international rating. Unless you refuse to register at FIDE, e.g. forward no email adress.
