Is it really a blunder though? Sure you don’t ever want to let a fork like that happen but you can easily take the Knight with your King and black is then the one down material. Sure you’ve given up your right to castle and the King is out of the back tank which kinda sucks but it can be put back I guess? Sure it’s a wasted move but so was blacks fork + black is down a Knight.
