When I went to this club's homepage, all the flags of players were inverted; I've tried looking at other clubs but they are normal there. Is anyone else having the problem or is someone in the site able to fix it?
When you find a bug you are supposed to use the Bug Report tool available on the Help page. It will send a screenshot to the developers. They don't generally read all the forum posts.
That's not a bug, it's a feature. It was designed because a bunch of bored anarchists were complaining about not being able to burn flags in chess.com, so erik and his minions decided to hide an option to turn the flags upside down in the settings (as flags in flames are much more noticeable and would have caused a public outcry). You have to click around 20 times to get there, so it is actually much easier than browsing through old club notes.

Hopefully by posting in the forums instead we will make the developers become more proactive.
Posting in the forum is likely to get lost in the shuffle. Bug Reports go directly to staff so they can try to recreate the problem and figure out what might be going on and prioritize a fix if one is needed (assuming it isn't client end related and not a problem with the code 
)

Actually, if you look closely, the Canadian flags are inverted left and right.

You mean the flags are some sort of code? That sounds like it could be ... sketchy. What - or more importantly who - is the code for?
It depends on which system. Since we have flags upside down, that probably means we're using semaphore.
An upside down flag is a signal of distress. These players all have their flags upside down because they have never won a single tournament. They are in distress and are asking for back-ups.
