While coaching is generally not free, there's a lot of content on YouTube which you can learn for free. I personally benefitted greatly from free lectures on the St. Louis Chess Club YT page. You can also check if your local chess club has likeminded players who can study together. Two minds are more powerful than one. As a coach rn I'm also trying to come up with educational tidbits for the general audience on my Instagram or YouTube, but more to come.
