I don't know how extended this manual you are looking for is supposed to be, but this one is 35 pages and should be printable right off the bat:
Fritz 12 reference manual

I don't have Fritz 12, so I can't give you any info on the pdf. However, Chessbase has some video tutorials on its website that may also be helpful, just scroll down and look for Fritz 12. The site is chessbase.com/download/index.asp

The manuals from chessbase for Fritz 12 are awful - I had trouble myself when I bought it, and I rarely have trouble with computer based things. What I learnt: I can play games against Fritz with varying strength for training, and when analysing games, I can do a "blunder check" on the game which gives me numerical evaluations, and I can do a long, in-depth analysis of one position. That's all I need Fritz for - I hope you can find information on what you need.
I'm not sure if I am in the correct forum but here goes. I have just purchased Fritz twelve to improve my chess and to help my grandson to learn to play better chess. It is a complex and not easily learnt program to the uninitiated and inexperience, and the handbook that comes with the disc is very simple and somewhat unhelpful. However I have learnt that there is an extensive reference manual on the disc that I believe is a pdf file so it can be printed out. I have done my best to find it but have only managed to find a pdf copy of the condensed handbook that comes with the package. Could anyone give me navigation instructions to this extended reference manual. Thanks
