Fritz 13 - Cant submit Position

In Fritz 13, under the engine tab there is an option to "Submit Position" under the Let's Check area.  This does not work for me, even though all other Ler's Check features work like submit game, contribute engine, etc...  It only comes back with an error of "Cannot submit final position".  Does anyone know what this means?  I can find nothing with Google.
