FRITZ 17: How to Blindfold Help/Instructions?

hi friends,

i got the new fritz 17 and i purchased it to own it for my collection, and i got it for paying blindfold chess.

however, i am having hard time getting it to make the moves because every time i say "e4" it does not make the move. 

did anyone get this to work?

I don't think it actually moves the pieces for you; It just makes the pieces invisible. Here's a link describing the feature for Fritz 16, which I assume isn't very different from Fritz 17.

If you want some chess software to actually move the pieces for you, you could try out Fred Mellender's "Chess Speak" program. I haven't used it myself, so you're on your own.
