Frustration with Puzzle Rating System – Request for Reset

Hi, is there any way to reset my puzzle rating?

I love solving my 3 daily puzzles—they help me warm up my brain before work or sleep. However, lately, Chess.com has been giving me +5 for success and -20 for failures, meaning I need a day and a half just to break even. If I have a bad day, my weekly progress is ruined.

For example (see photo): +5 for success, -20 for failures—yet with an 80% success rate, I only gain +30 points overall. It’s extremely discouraging, and I’m starting to lose motivation.

I’m just a casual player—I don’t study chess, nor do I want to. But the current system feels like mining rock with a spoon. I’d even prefer the old +20/-30 ratio or better
rewards for streaks.

I don’t want to quit this hobby out of frustration—I truly enjoy chess puzzles. Could Chess.com consider a rating reset option or adjustments?
