Why would I abandon a game that I’m winning? I’m clearly winning then all of a sudden I can’t move and It says you lose -10 points. How can this be possible

Please post the game so we can look at it. If you are lost, then I can only ask my superiors to give you the win based on forfeit. Otherwise, my grandfather will tell you that you lost. I don't want my aunt to tell him or her you lost because you hung a pawn.
