Don't hold me to this but I seem to recall staff explaining that as a result of one of their software upgrades there were problems. Seems the games had to migrate from one server to another (or some other computer crap) and as a result it would be awhile before all your games would be available in the Explorer.

I keep all my (turn-based) game scores in my own DB, which has far fewer problems than a website that has to work for millions(?) of members using a wide variety of OSs, browsers, hardware, apps etc.
Having the games that I played here on file here is also swell, but I don't rely on chess.com to be the sole source of any game scores I want to keep.
The first thing I do when I finish a game is to download the PGN and put it in my own database on my computer. I keep my own games in a separate folder and then let Fritz crunch them overnight and try to find time the next day to go over them, especially the losses. Chess.com sends me an e-mail with the PGN files in case I forget to get them while I'm online, so there are two (or more) opportunities before the chess.com computer loses them forever.
Does anybody elese have problems with it? If I try to explore my games I see only small amounts.
