Many have the problem. They get disconnected and lose the game.
There are connection settings in live chess settings which may help.

Game keeps saying I abandoned and gives me the loss??

I am not getting disconnected. It has only started happening since they added the little function that askes if you are still there. Even though i click yes when it has appeared. I still abandons my game even if it doesnt show. Its extremely annoying and has ruined it for me. As noe i am guaranteed to lose every time i play
I have been trying to play today, and every game I am half way through, it awards me the loss saying I abandoned the game. In the last instance, I was waiting for my opponent to move. As soon as he had made his move, and it switched to my turn... boom I lost. I didn't abandon anything, I didn't even have a chance to do anything. This has happened 5 times today and is really annoying.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or know why it keeps doing this?
