Game Review not working for days

Hello everyone,

I've been having issues with running game reviews recently. It is not 100% out-of-order, but still, most* of the time.

Is there any update on this, as this is the main reason I am paying for the membership - to have a nice analysis on the website without having to export games to other platforms/applications to analyze.
EDIT: I said it is most of the time, and it does feel like I need to be lucky to get a review, because it works sometimes. I did not collect the actual stats. It is probably less than my subjective feeling.

If you're running the review immediately after the game ends, it may not be in the archive yet. Does it give issues when running it from the archive?

I have not tested this before. From 5 different games I tried to review right now, they all seem to work flawlessly, so I guess that is indeed the issue. What I did is I sometimes leave the not-working-review tab open for a few minutes, and refresh the page, but sometimes this worked, and sometimes it didn't.
Would anyone know when is this issue expected to be sorted out? Is it something that might take weeks or months or something else?

Games aren't immediately written to the archives and depending on site load, there may always be a short delay for it to update. Updates are done asynchronously and that's likely always going to be the case.

Ok, thanks for the detailed explanation. As said, this struck me as a new problem, but now it seems to me, if I got it right, just a consequence of ever-growing site capacity and optimization.

I don't know if there is a way to mark this as resolved so moderators don't have to contend with random additional posts to this thread.

Ok, so today I logged in and tried to review a game from yesterday, and the same error message greeted me. It seems something else is happening here as I have already reviewed this game at some point yesterday (there was accuracy score for both my opponent and me when looking the game from the games list).

Reviews aren't stored, so it does re-run them from scratch.

But this time the game was in the archive, right? Anyway, I hope this report can help you fix the problem. If not, then you probably already know what to do.

Yes, it would already be in the archive.
